1 1/4 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
1 egg
6 eggs
1/2 heavy whipping cream
1 cup of shredded cheese of your choice
8 slices of bacon chopped and cooked
1/2 tsp Redmond's real salt
1 TBSP of melted butter, lard, tallow, or bacon grease

preheat oven to 325 degrees f

mix all crust ingredients together and place in a 9-inch pie plate

place crust in oven and bake for 12 mins. and remove.

mix all filling ingredients together and place in quiche crust.

turn the oven up to 350 degrees f and place the quiche in oven and bake for 15 mins. then turn the oven down to 300 degrees f and bake for an additional 30 mins or until the toothpick comes clean.
