In a large bowl, combine 4.5 cups of all-purpose flour, 3/4 cup of warm milk, 1 whole egg, 4 egg yolks, 5 ounces of melted butter, 3/4 cup of sugar, a pinch of salt, and 2.5 teaspoons of instant yeast.
