4 cups fresh sauerkraut
1 teaspoon caraway seeds
4 bay leaves
1/2 cup prunes
8 all spice berries

Cook 8 pieces of bacon and spicy sausage in a pan.

Bring 4 large peeled potatoes to a boil, then remove and set aside.

Sauté 1 onion and 1 Pana pepper, then remove and set aside.

Melt butter in the pan, add flour, and let it brown to create a roux.

Add 1 cup of chicken broth gradually, stirring constantly.

Add the cooked meat and sautéed vegetables back to the pot.

Add 4 cups of fresh sauerkraut, 1 teaspoon of caraway seeds, 4 bay leaves, 1/2 cup of prunes, and 8 all spice berries.

Bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer and cook for 30 minutes.

Add the diced potatoes and cook for another 5 minutes.

Turn off the heat and add 2 cups of sour cream.
