Mix 1 teaspoon of yeast, 1 teaspoon of sugar, and 1 tablespoon of water in a bowl and let it sit for at least 1 minute.
Add 30 grams of fennel to the mixture and mix well with cold water.
Cover the mixture with a cloth and let it develop for at least a day.
Prepare the bread by cutting it into small pieces.
Fry ginger and garlic in vegetable oil until fragrant.
Add green chili and other vegetables as desired.
Mix in the prepared bread with the fried mixture and add spices like cinnamon powder.
Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in a greased baking dish.
Bake the loaf until golden brown.
