Combine warm milk, bread flour, and instant yeast in a mixing bowl; mix until no dry flour remains.
Cover the mixture and let it rest for 1 hour to develop the sponge dough.
After 1 hour, check the sponge dough; it should have a honeycomb texture.
Combine the sponge dough with additional bread flour, sugar, instant yeast, salt, and warm milk; mix until smooth.
Knead the dough by hand for about 8 minutes until it becomes smooth.
Add room temperature butter to the dough and continue kneading until fully incorporated and elastic.
Transfer the dough to a buttered mixing bowl, cover with cling wrap, and let rise for 45 minutes until doubled in size.
Divide the dough into pieces for different types of bread: 30 grams for bacon cheese rolls, 60 grams for pizza bread, and 55 grams for ham and cheese rolls; cover with cling wrap and let rest for 15 minutes each.
Prepare toppings for the pizza bread, including white onion, corn, green bell pepper, red bell pepper, black olives, pizza sauce, mayonnaise, ham, and pepperoni.
For the bacon cheese rolls, mix mozzarella and cheddar cheese with cooked, golden brown bacon; fill the dough and seal it.
Coat the sealed dough with a mixture of 1/4 cup bread crumbs and 1/4 cup sesame seeds.
Place the dough in a greased pan and let rise for 40-45 minutes until doubled in size.
Prepare the pizza dough by pressing it to remove trapped air and shaping it.
