Soak red kidney beans overnight and rinse them.

Season the chicken with 2 tbsp chicken seasoning, 1 tbsp lri seasoning salt, 1 tbsp garlic granules, 1 tbsp onion granules, and 1 tbsp jerk seasoning.

Add 3 tbsp green seasoning to the chicken and rub it all over the pieces, cutting the chicken legs in two and thighs in three pieces.

Pressure cook the soaked beans until mostly cooked, about 30 minutes once the pressure cooker starts making noise.

In a large pot, add oil and 3 tsp brown sugar to caramelize it.

Brown the chicken in the caramelized sugar, flipping to brown both sides.

Push the chicken aside and add the pieces without bones last, stirring to combine everything.

Make the dough for Spinners by mixing flour, salt, and water, kneading it until combined.
