Kváškový Chlé

Sieve 300g of flour, add salt and cumin and mix it.

Add 300g of leaven and 170ml of water and mix it.

Give a layer of flour to the table for kneading the dough.

Form the dough and place it in a shallow basket, cover with a dish towel, and let it rest for 30 minutes.

Sprinkle the dough with flour and let it rest for 3-5 hours (or overnight).

Heat up the oven to 250°C (482°F) and prepare a baking tray.

Turn the bread carefully from the shallow basket to the baking tray.

Splash a small amount of water on the bread and let it bake for over 30 minutes.
