Allow the cake to cool in the pan for 10-15 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
Prepare cream cheese glaze by mixing cream cheese, butter, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and milk until smooth.
Decorate the cooled cake with the cream cheese glaze.
