3.5 oz (100 g) Mascarpone Cheese
1 tsp Rum (optional)
pinch Salt
1 cup (250 ml) Heavy Whipping Cream
2 tbsp (30 g) Sugar for Whipped Cream
Cocoa powder for decoration
Shaved chocolate for decoration
2 oz (4 tbsp) (60 g) Butter, melted
8 oz (230 g) Dry chocolate cookies

Prepare the chestnuts for cooking by scoring them.

Make a chocolate no-bake pie crust using melted butter and dry chocolate cookies.

Make the chestnut puree by cooking the chestnuts, then mixing with sugar, whole milk, vanilla, cocoa powder, mascarpone cheese, rum, and salt.

Pipe the chestnut puree into a mountain shape using a pastry bag.

Decorate the chestnut mound with whipped cream, cocoa powder, and shaved chocolate.
