Greek yogurt reduces calories while maintaining creaminess
Prepare the meringue by beating egg whites until stiff peaks form.
Gradually add sugar to the egg whites while continuing to beat until glossy.
Pipe the meringue onto a baking sheet and bake until dry and crisp.
In a saucepan, combine chestnuts, sugar, and water; cook until chestnuts are tender.
Drain and puree the chestnuts with vanilla and a pinch of salt until smooth.
In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
Fold the whipped cream into the chestnut puree gently until combined.
Place a layer of meringue on a serving plate and spread a layer of chestnut mixture on top.
Repeat layering with remaining meringue and chestnut mixture, finishing with meringue on top.
Melt dark chocolate and drizzle over the top layer of meringue.
Chill the dessert in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
Serve with additional whipped cream and a dusting of cocoa powder.
