Sunflower oil is often less expensive and widely available.

Cut the large tomato into random big chunks.

Cut the cucumber in half and then into pieces.

Slice the green bell pepper and use half of it.

Slice half of the red onion.

Chop some parsley.

Add slices of ham to the salad.

Cut the boiled egg into quarters and add it to the salad.

Add the mushrooms in brine to the salad.

Assemble the salad by layering the tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers, onions, mushrooms, ham, and egg.

Sprinkle white cheese cubes on top.

Season with salt, apple cider vinegar, and sunflower oil.

Toss the salad gently and serve immediately.
