Greek yogurt reduces calories while maintaining creaminess

Crack 12 eggs and separate the egg yolks from the whites.

Add 1 pound of sugar to the egg yolks.

Mix the egg yolks and sugar in a KitchenAid mixer or whisk until the mixture lightens in color and streams off the whisk in a single stream.

Combine 3 cups of mixed spirits (wild turkey 101, bacardi rum, meyer's jamaican rum) and add them slowly to the egg yolk mixture while mixing.

Add a little salt and a little nutmeg to the mixture.

Bottle the eggnog up in appropriate containers for gifting or storage.

Store the eggnog in the fridge for aging.
