Chop the onion in a food processor until small.
Heat extra virgin olive oil in a pan until warm.
Add chopped onions to the pan and pan-fry until brown.

Boil water in a separate pot for the pasta.
Once the water is boiling, add salt to it.
Add pasta to the boiling water and cook until al dente, according to taste.
Drain the pasta and set aside, ensuring to reserve some water to stop the cooking process.
Pour in three bottles of Papa Vince's cherry tomato sauce into the cooked beef.
Add extra virgin olive oil to the sauce before serving for added flavor.
Combine the drained pasta with the sauce quickly to avoid sticking.
Serve the pasta topped with Sicilian-style breadcrumbs instead of cheese.
