Add 1 pound of lean ground beef to the skillet and cook until it is fully cooked through, turning the heat up to medium.
Season the beef with black pepper and a pinch of salt while it cooks.
Prepare the cheetah sauce by combining half of Classico sauce and half of another sauce (not specified) in a bowl.
Add 2 cups of the cheetah sauce to the cooked beef and bring it to full temperature.
Boil salted water in a separate pot, adding about 1 tablespoon of salt.
Cook 1 cup of elbow macaroni in the boiling water for 9 to 11 minutes, then drain.
Combine the cooked macaroni with the meat sauce, heating it through before serving.
Garnish with cheese before serving.
