1 teaspoon coriander
2 tablespoons lemon juice

1/4 cup parsley
1 medium onion
1 medium tomato
1 medium green bell pepper
1 medium red bell pepper
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Soak chickpeas in water overnight.

Drain and rinse the soaked chickpeas.
