1/4 cup canola oil
1 medium onion, diced
2 jalapenos, sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon cumin
1 cup chicken stock
1/4 cup cilantro stems, chopped
2 avocados, sliced
1 lime, juiced
1/4 cup water
1/2 red onion, diced
2 cups butter lettuce, shredded
1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
1/2 cup sour cream

Start by finely chopping onion, jalapeno, and garlic for the stewed beans.

Heat a medium sauce pot on high heat and add a little canola oil.
