Honey provides a natural sweetness with additional flavor.

💰Cheaper: cranberry juice concentrate

Dried cranberries are easier to store and can be rehydrated.

Rinse 12 ounces of fresh cranberries and pick out any bad ones.

Combine the cranberries and 6 cups of purified water in a large pot.

Bring the mixture to a boil over medium-high heat.

Once boiling, reduce the heat and simmer for 15 minutes until the cranberries start to pop.

After 15 minutes, remove from heat and let cool slightly before straining.

Strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve into a bowl, pressing to extract as much juice as possible.

Optional: Use a potato masher to gently mash the cranberries for more juice, but be prepared to strain several times.

Chill the juice in the refrigerator before serving.
