1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
2 teaspoons dried thyme (or fresh)
salt to taste

New York strip steaks
seasoned salt
tenderizer
Worcestershire sauce

Take a fork and stab both sides of the New York strip steaks.

Sprinkle seasoned salt and tenderizer on the steaks.
