Soak 400 grams of chickpeas overnight in water.

Add the juice of 1 lemon and a bit of olive oil to the mixture.
Check the chickpeas and add 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of cumin, and another tablespoon of harissa if you like it spicy.
Add a cup of olive oil and mix well, letting it simmer for an additional 15 minutes.
Remove any foam that rises to the top while boiling.
Prepare the bread by tearing it into pieces and place it in bowls.
Add the chickpeas and broth over the bread until the broth is visible beneath the bread.
