Activate yeast in warm almond milk with sugar until bubbly, about 5-10 minutes.
Mix flour and salt in a large bowl.
Combine yeast mixture, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract into the flour mixture.
Knead dough on a floured surface until smooth, about 10 minutes.
Place dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise in a warm place until doubled, about 1-2 hours.
Roll out the dough into a rectangle on a floured surface.
Spread cocoa powder, sugar, and melted chocolate evenly over the dough.
Sprinkle with cinnamon, nutmeg, and chopped walnuts.
Roll the dough tightly into a log, then twist and shape into a loaf.
Place in a greased loaf pan and let rise again for 30-45 minutes.
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown.
Cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
