2 tbsp Oyster Sauce

2 tbsp Water
3 tbsp Oil
4 Garlic Cloves, Chopped
2 Thai Red Chillies, Chopped
2 Ginger, Julienned
8 Wood Ear Mushrooms, Cut into small pieces
1 Onion, Sliced
1 Spur Chilli, Julienned
3 Spring Onions
