In a bowl, combine 0.5 liters of boiled and cooled milk with 3 tablespoons of custard powder and 1 tablespoon of all-purpose flour, mixing until dissolved.
In a saucepan over medium-low heat, add 1 liter of milk and the custard mixture, whisking immediately to avoid lumps.
Add 1 cup of sugar and 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence to the saucepan, mixing well until the sugar dissolves.
Increase the heat to medium-high and cook the custard mixture for about 10 minutes, stirring continuously until it thickens.
Once thickened, add 2 teaspoons of softened unsalted butter to the custard and mix well.
Layer dark chocolate biscuits in the base of a bowl, removing the cream from the biscuits if necessary.
Spoon a layer of custard over the biscuits, spreading it evenly.
Add another layer of biscuits followed by another layer of custard, spreading it out evenly again.
Melt 1 cup of chocolate using a double boiler, adding 2 tablespoons of softened unsalted butter to make it creamy.
Once the chocolate sauce cools to room temperature, pour it over the custard layer and spread it evenly.
Refrigerate the pudding for a couple of hours or overnight to set.
After about 5 hours, cut into portions to serve.
