1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp sesame oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp ginger, minced
1/2 tsp black pepper
2 green onions, chopped
1 tbsp sesame seeds
1 tbsp vegetable oil

In a bowl, mix soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and black pepper to create the marinade.
