  • โ—1/2 tsp black pepper
  • โ—2 green onions, chopped
  • โ—1 tbsp sesame seeds
  • โ—1 tbsp vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. 1In a bowl, mix soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and black pepper to create the marinade.
  2. 2Add the sliced beef to the marinade, ensuring all pieces are well coated. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. 3Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. 4Add the marinated beef to the skillet in a single layer. Cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side until browned and cooked through.
  5. 5Remove the beef from the skillet and set aside.
  6. 6In the same skillet, add the remaining marinade and bring to a simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  7. 7Return the beef to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce.
  8. 8Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
  9. 9Serve hot with steamed rice or lettuce wraps.
