1 tsp salt
1 tsp dried garlic

2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp balsamic vinegar (or 2 tsp wine vinegar)
1 apple
1 orange
1/2 lemon
2-3 garlic cloves
1 bay leaf
1 tsp paprika
800-900 g potatoes (cut into large pieces)
2 small carrots (cut into chunks)

Rinse the chicken under cold water, dry, and remove excess fat and unnecessary parts.

In a deep bowl, combine 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp dried garlic, ground black pepper, 5-6 tbsp olive oil, 2 tbsp soy sauce, and 1 tsp balsamic vinegar.

Cover the chicken with the marinade and refrigerate for 2 hours or more.

Preheat the oven to 180°C (356°F).

Prepare a baking dish (30x22 cm) with parchment paper.

For the filling, crush 2-3 garlic cloves, and add 1 apple, 1 orange, and 1/2 lemon, along with 1 bay leaf.

Stuff the chicken with the filling and sew up the hole with culinary floss or dental floss.
