A Super Creamy Mango Flan Recipe (Fun and Fancy Mango Pudding)

Over medium heat in a medium pot, add sugar and water, stir to combine.

Cook on low heat for about 10 to 12 minutes until the sugar caramelizes into a nice dark amber color.

Do not stir the pot while the sugar is cooking to prevent crystallization.

Carefully swirl the hot caramel in a cake pan and set aside to cool for about an hour.

In a small or medium mixing bowl, add eggs, sweetened condensed milk, mango pulp, heavy cream, and good quality vanilla extract.

Whisk the ingredients to combine.

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

Bring four cups of water to boil.

Once the caramel has cooled in the cake pan, pour the mixture into the cake pan.

Place the cake pan onto a cookie sheet and pour the boiling water into the cookie sheet to create a water bath.

Bake for about 45 minutes to 60 minutes until cooked.

Remove from the oven and let it cool for a couple of hours before inverting and serving.
