This salad is adaptable, with variations across regions, making it a versatile dish enjoyed in homes and restaurants alike.

Chop the red lettuce into small pieces and place it into a bowl.
Finely chop the arugula and add it to the bowl.
Add the chopped red cabbage to the mixture.
Chop the carrots and add them to the salad.
Dice the tomato and cucumber, then add them to the bowl.
Arrange the cucumber and tomato in a cross pattern for presentation.
In a separate bowl, mix together a little less than half a tea glass of lemon salt and an equal amount of olive oil.
Optionally, you can add a bit of orange juice to the dressing for extra flavor.
Pour the dressing over the salad and mix well.
