2 tablespoons soy sauce

Cut the yellow onion thinly.

Mix all of the ingredients for the sauce: tonkatsu sauce, Worcester sauce, soy sauce, and mirin, or use yakisoba sauce.

Heat a frying pan at medium-high heat with vegetable oil.
