1 teaspoon baking powder
1 tablespoon Aonori (dried seaweed)

Prepare the mirin substitute by mixing 50ml of white wine with 1 tablespoon of sugar.

In a bowl, mix 50ml of Worcestershire sauce, 20ml of soy sauce, 20 grams of oyster sauce, and 1 tablespoon of the mirin substitute.
