1 teaspoon chicken seasoning
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon vinegar (for simmering)
1 tablespoon cooking oil

Remove the skin from the chicken pieces.

Wash the chicken with salt, white vinegar, and lemon juice. Squeeze lemon into the chicken, add 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 tablespoon of white vinegar, and 1 cup of water. Cover with plastic wrap and let sit for 30 minutes.

Prepare the other ingredients: onion powder, garlic powder, all-purpose seasoning, chicken seasoning, curry powder, potato, thyme, bell pepper, garlic, ginger, and vinegar.

After 30 minutes, heat cooking oil in a pot and add 1 tablespoon of curry powder. Be careful not to burn it.

Add minced garlic and ginger to the pot.

Add the marinated chicken to the pot and cover for 10 minutes.
