Whole wheat flour is more nutritious, while all-purpose flour is often less expensive.

Avocado oil has a higher smoke point and is healthier, while vegetable oil is usually cheaper.
Prepare the starter by mixing yeast, sugar, 2 to 3 spoonfuls of flour, and a little water in a bowl to make a porridge.
Let the starter sit for about 15 minutes until it starts to rise.
In a large deep bowl, pour in the prepared water and add a pinch of salt, mixing thoroughly.
Gradually add flour to create a fluffy dough, mixing with a spoon.
Cover the dough with plastic wrap and let it rise for 30 to 40 minutes.
After rising, moisten a spatula with water and gently lift and fold the dough from the sides to the center to retain air.
Repeat the folding process every 15 to 20 minutes for a total of four times, each time allowing the dough to rise in between.
Preheat the oven to the maximum temperature for about 20 minutes before baking.
Prepare parchment paper strips for the dough to rise on before baking.
