Decide on the size of the loaf based on the amount of flour (2 cups for smaller, 3 cups for larger).
Add 3 cups of all-purpose flour to a mixing bowl.
Add 2 and 1/4 teaspoons of instant yeast to the bowl.
Add 2 tablespoons of olive oil to the bowl.
Mix the ingredients on low setting in a KitchenAid mixer.
Add 1 teaspoon of fine grind sea salt or kosher salt to the mixture.
Gradually add 3/4 cup of warm water to the bowl while mixing.
Continue mixing until the dough starts to form, adding more water as needed (up to 1 cup total).
Knead the dough in the mixer for about 2-3 minutes until it feels right.
Form the dough into a ball and spritz with olive oil.
Proof the dough in a Ninja Combi at 95°F for 45 minutes until doubled in size.
