Boil water and add 0.5 cup to each of the three boxes of jello (lime, lemon, raspberry) without following the package directions.
Stir the jello with help until fully dissolved and refrigerate to set.
Heat 1 cup of pineapple juice on the stove until hot (not boiling).
Drain juice from a 20 oz can of pineapple chunks, which should yield about 1 cup.
Add 0.25 cup of cold water to 1 package of unflavored gelatin and mix.
Stir the warm pineapple juice into the gelatin mixture and refrigerate to cool.
Crush 2 sleeves of graham crackers (about 40 crackers) into crumbs.
Mix the graham cracker crumbs with 0.25 cup of sugar and 1.5 sticks of margarine until combined.
If the mixture is too wet, add additional crushed graham crackers until it reaches a desired consistency.
Press half of the graham cracker mixture into the bottom of a 9x13 pyrex dish and reserve the other half for topping.
Whip 0.5 pint of whipping cream until slightly thickened, then add 0.5 cup of sugar and 1 teaspoon of vanilla and continue whipping until desired consistency is reached.
Cut the set jello into small cubes and fold them into the whipped cream mixture.
Add the cooled pineapple and gelatin mixture to the whipped cream and jello mixture, folding gently to combine.
Spread the combined mixture into the prepared graham cracker crust in the 9x13 dish.
Top with the reserved graham cracker mixture and cover with plastic wrap.
Refrigerate overnight before serving.
