1½ cup all-purpose flour, for dredging
½ cup canola oil
2 lemons, 1 juiced, 1 sliced
1 cup dry white wine
1 cup chicken stock
1 chicken bullion cube
½ stick (4oz) unsalted butter
2 tablespoons capers with juice
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

Trim, quarter skinless boneless chicken breast.

Evenly pound all pieces to uniform size, approximately ⅜ inch thick.

Heat cast iron skillet.

Add oil to skillet.
