Measure 2 tablespoons of butter and set aside.

In a bowl, whisk together chicken broth, melted butter, lemon juice, and capers.

Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.

Line a sheet pan with parchment paper.

Pour the sauce mixture into the bottom of the lined sheet pan.

Place the chicken breasts on top of the sauce in the sheet pan.
