1 pound cooked egg noodles
1 pound ground turkey or beef
1 cup diced onions
1 cup diced carrots
3/4 cup frozen peas
8 oz package sliced mushrooms
2-3 cloves minced garlic
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
salt and black pepper
1 tsp. dried parsley
1/3 cup flour
1 1/2 to 2 cups beef broth
2-3 tbsp. sour cream

In a medium heat pan add a little oil and the ground turkey.

Cook, stir and chop until turkey is no longer pink..about 5 minutes.

Add diced onions, carrots and mushrooms.

Stir and cook for about 4-5 minutes.

Add salt, black pepper and minced garlic and cook for another minute.

Add flour, stir and cook for 1-2 minutes until well mixed.

Add broth and Worcestershire sauce.

Stir, turn heat up to medium high, bring up to a boil and then reduce heat to a simmer and cook for 15 minutes.

The mixture will thicken. You can add more broth to thin out if need be.

5 minutes before it is done, taste for seasonings, add parsley and peas.

Stir and cook for 5 minutes.

Turn off heat. Add sour cream and mix well.

Serve on top of pasta or rice.
