1/2 stick of butter
1 tbsp salt

Slice 2 large zucchinis about 6 mm or 1/4 inch thick.

Chop 60 ml or 1/4 cup of basil.

Grate 120 ml or 1/2 cup of Romano cheese, plus a little extra for garnish.

Heat olive oil in a pan and fry the zucchini until golden brown on both sides.
