Balsamic Chicken Marinade

1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
1/8 cup lemon juice
3/4 cup brown sugar
2 tablespoons dried rosemary
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon sea salt
1 teaspoon ground pepper
2 teaspoons garlic granules
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1/2 teaspoon dill
parsley (to taste)

Prepare the chicken by placing it in a vacuum tumbler or freezer bag.

Mix together the marinade ingredients: 1/2 cup olive oil, 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar, 1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce, and 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce.

Add 1/8 cup lemon juice to the marinade.

Incorporate 3/4 cup brown sugar, adjusting to taste if desired.

Add 2 tablespoons dried rosemary and 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard to the mixture.

Season with 1 teaspoon sea salt, 1 teaspoon ground pepper, 2 teaspoons garlic granules, and 1 tablespoon minced garlic.

Add 1/2 teaspoon dill and a sprinkle of parsley to the marinade.

Pour the marinade over the chicken, ensuring it is well coated.

If using a freezer bag, remove air and massage the marinade into the chicken.

Let the chicken marinate for at least 1 hour, or up to 24 hours for best results.

Preheat the grill to over 700°F, then turn off burners for indirect cooking.

Place the marinated chicken on the grill for 2 to 3 minutes to sear.

Lower the grill temperature to about 300°F and cook the chicken for approximately 40 minutes, flipping halfway through.
