2 medium carrots
2 tablespoons garlic puree
1 tablespoon ginger puree
2 tablespoons homemade Sri Lankan curry powder
4 cups vegetable broth
1 can (13.5 oz) light coconut milk
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons lime juice
1/4 cup coriander leaves
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
