50pcs round dumpling wrapper
1 tbs hot water
1 1/4 tsp sugar
1 3/4 tbs soy sauce
1 1/2 tsp rice vinegar
1/2 tsp sesame oil
1/2 tsp roasted sesame seeds

In a large bowl, combine the shredded napa cabbage and salt. Let it sit for a few minutes to draw out moisture.

Add the mince pork, soy sauce, sesame oil, rice wine, grated ginger, chopped spring onions, ground pepper, and optional seasoning to the bowl. Mix well until combined.

Take a dumpling wrapper and place a small amount of the filling in the center. Fold the wrapper over and seal the edges to form a dumpling.
