80ml | 1/3 cup water
2 tbsp lemon juice
3 tbsp cornstarch
1/2 tsp Korean chili flakes (Gochugaru)
1 tbsp nutritional yeast (optional)
1 tsp Italian herbs

Add boiling water to the broccoli, cover, and set aside for 5 minutes.

In a blender, combine 100g | 1/2 cup cooked chickpeas, 15g | 1/8 cup soaked cashews, 1/4 tsp curry powder, 1/4 tsp ground turmeric, 1 tbsp nutritional yeast (optional), 1 chopped garlic clove (optional), 1/2 tbsp agave syrup, 80ml | 1/3 cup water, and 2 tbsp lemon juice. Blend until smooth and creamy.

Mash the cooked potatoes with a potato masher or fork.

Grate the broccoli florets and add to the bowl with mashed potatoes.

Add 3 tbsp cornstarch, 1/2 tsp Korean chili flakes (Gochugaru), 1 tbsp nutritional yeast (optional), and 1 tsp Italian herbs. Season with salt to taste and mix until combined.
