Coat both sides of the patties in flour before frying.
Heat oil in a skillet over medium to medium-high heat until hot.
Carefully place the patties into the hot oil one at a time, ensuring they have space to cook without sticking together.
Fry the patties until golden brown on each side, about 4-5 minutes, flipping them carefully.
Remove the cooked patties from the skillet and drain on paper towels before serving.
