Boil boneless chicken with salt and shred it into thick pieces, about ¾ cup of chicken.

Prepare a mixture for the sandwich by combining ½ cup chopped cucumber, ½ cup chopped onion, ½ teaspoon chili flakes, salt to taste, and 3 tablespoons mayonnaise in a bowl. Mix well and set aside.
