Boil boneless chicken with salt and shred it into thick pieces, about ¾ cup of chicken.
Prepare a mixture for the sandwich by combining ½ cup chopped cucumber, ½ cup chopped onion, ½ teaspoon chili flakes, salt to taste, and 3 tablespoons mayonnaise in a bowl. Mix well and set aside.
In a pan, heat 1 tablespoon of oil and add 1 teaspoon finely chopped garlic. Sauté the garlic for about 10-15 seconds.
Add the shredded chicken to the pan and mix well with the garlic, cooking on medium flame for 1 to 1.5 minutes.
Add the following spices to the chicken: ½ teaspoon black pepper powder, ½ teaspoon Kashmiri red chili powder, ½ teaspoon garam masala powder, and salt to taste. Mix and cook until the raw smell of the spices disappears.
Add 1 tablespoon corn flour and 3 tablespoons well-beaten yogurt to the chicken mixture. Cook on medium flame to ensure the chicken remains tender and well-bound with the corn flour.
Squeeze the juice of half a lemon into the chicken mixture and cook until the water evaporates, then turn off the flame. The chicken filling is ready.
In a pan, melt some butter and spread it evenly. Place the bread slices in the pan and toast them until they are warm and lightly golden on both sides, toasting three slices in total.
Spread the mayonnaise mixture evenly on one slice of bread, then place another slice on top. Spread tomato sauce (or alternative sauces like Schezwan or chili garlic sauce) on this slice.
Add the chicken filling generously on top of the sauce, followed by a little more mayonnaise mixture, and then place the third slice of bread on top.
Cut the sandwich into two pieces or four pieces as desired. The tasty chicken sandwich is ready to serve.
