Heat 1 tablespoon of butter in a pan.
Add 1 teaspoon of ginger garlic paste to the pan and fry until the raw smell is gone.
Add 1 cup of shredded chicken that has been boiled with 1/2 teaspoon of salt and mix well.
Fry the chicken mixture for 1-2 minutes to develop flavor.
Add vegetables: 1/2 carrot, 1/2 tomato, and some bell pepper to the pan.
Fry the vegetables for 1-2 minutes, ensuring they retain their color.
Add spices: 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, 1/2 teaspoon crushed red chili, and 1 teaspoon garam masala powder.
Add 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of vinegar, and 2 tablespoons of chili sauce, then mix well.
Cook the mixture for another 1-2 minutes, avoiding overcooking the vegetables.
Transfer the mixture to a bowl and allow it to cool slightly.
Add 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise and 2 tablespoons of tomato ketchup to the mixture, then mix well.
If needed, add more mayonnaise to achieve desired consistency.
Take 3 slices of bread and spread the chicken mixture generously on the first slice.
Place the second slice of bread on top and repeat the process with the chicken mixture.
Add a slice of cheese on top of the second slice.
Top with the third slice of bread and press down gently to bind the layers.
Spread butter on the outside of the sandwich.
Toast the sandwich in a pan over low heat, pressing down gently for even cooking.
After 1-2 minutes, flip the sandwich and apply more butter on the top side before flipping.
Cook for another 1-2 minutes until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
Serve the sandwich with tomato ketchup.
