2 cups salad
1 medium tomato
1 medium cucumber
1 cup radish
1 medium onion
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
2 cups cabbage
1/2 cup mayonnaise

In a large bowl, dissolve the sugar in warm water and sprinkle the yeast on top. Let it sit for about 5-10 minutes until frothy.

Add the olive oil and salt to the yeast mixture.

Gradually add the flour, one cup at a time, mixing until a dough forms.

Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 8-10 minutes until smooth and elastic.

Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Punch down the risen dough and divide it into 4 equal pieces.

Shape each piece into a round ball and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Cover the dough balls with a cloth and let them rise for another 30 minutes.

Brush the tops of the dough balls with beaten egg for a golden finish.
