Divide the dough into equal portions and shape into balls.
Flatten each ball and brush with melted butter and oil.
Fold the edges of the flattened dough towards the center to create a square.
Heat a skillet over medium heat and add a little oil.
Cook each msemen for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
Remove from skillet and keep warm until serving.
