In a mixing bowl, add 2 cups of semolina.

Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let it rest for about 30 minutes.

After resting, add a little vegetable oil to the dough and mix it in.

Grease a pan with vegetable oil.

Form small dough balls and let them rest for about 10 minutes.

Stretch each dough ball using your hands until flat.

Fold the dough from one side, then the other side, and then from the top and bottom.
