Knead dough until smooth and elastic.
Cover dough and let rise in a warm place until doubled in size.
Roll out dough on a floured surface and cut into squares.
Place blueberries mixed with cornstarch and additional vanilla sugar in the center of each square.
Fold dough over blueberries and pinch to seal, forming buns.
Place buns on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Let buns rise for an additional 30 minutes.
Bake until golden brown.
Cool slightly, then drizzle with a mixture of powdered sugar and lemon juice.
