Start by measuring 100ml of tequila for two people.

Add 50ml of Cointreau to the blender.

Roll a lime to release the juices, then squeeze to get 35ml of lime juice.

Add an average handful of ice to the blender, then add more ice cubes (about 6 or 7) to achieve desired thickness.

Blend the mixture until it reaches a fluffy, meringue-like texture.

Prepare the garnish by slicing a lime into half-centimeter slices and twisting them for presentation.

Fill the glass with a few ice cubes to maintain temperature, but hold some back.

Add the blended margarita mixture to the glass, leaving some space for garnish.

Garnish the drink with a lime slice and a pinch of Maldon sea salt.
