1 small red onion
4 to 5 garlic cloves
1 chili pepper
2 limes
3 to 4 tablespoons of red wine vinegar
1 teaspoon of salt
half a teaspoon of pepper
half a teaspoon of smoked paprika
250 ml of olive oil
